The children are already deciding about the different types of famous sporting champions they would like to learn about. Watch this space!

I am really looking forward to learning more about our Champions topic and mainly about the Greeks and the origins of the Olympics :)

This week we will be looking at how exercise plays important part in keeping healthy. We will be looking into the history of Ancient Greece and the important role the Greeks played in shaping history. Well done everyone for some super sketches of your sporting champions! Da iawn! Miss Jones

This week we have Play in a Day for year 6- It's all Greek to me! Year 5 have a writing workshop on Tuesday and our MAT maths crew are off to St. Nicholas on Wednesday afternoon. We are looking at Olympic Events from London 2012 and writing explanation texts. Miss Jones
I can't wait for a play in a day tomorrow! It sounds so fun and exciting! RD

Our new topic Scream Machine is well underway. We are busy designing roller coasters and have a visit to Techniquest next Friday.
I have enjoyed making Celtic artefacts with Mr.Heed in our new topic dream of a druid. Good luck to all the juniors in the Christmas play. (Especially you Honor. Learn those lines!) You too infants! Give it your best shot everyone! Shout out to my awesome teacher Ms.Jones! :P
